Please do not send images that are taken on a lower quality camera setting or images that have been cropped heavily as the quality will not be good enough for printing and will not be accepted into the competition. After your design is submitted it will go through our internal review. You will receive a confirmation email once your design has been approved.

Please do not send images that contain smaller images that when blown up will be pixelated or any work that you have blown up to size A3 at 300ppi that was not originally intended to be that size meaning that your work will not be accepted into the competition. After your design is submitted it will go through our internal review. You will receive a confirmation email once your design has been approved.
We ask that there is no date, signature or logo on the artwork. We would then have to crop the artwork and therefore render the work too small to print at large sizes. All artists/prints will be advertised in one way or another by UnknownPrints.
What you get:
If your work is selected to be purchased from our online shop you receive:
- • A percentage of the profits on your artwork, on 40% of the sale price.
- • Peace of mind that we do not own artwork submissions. We only have limited rights for creating our product.
Royalties
Sales made through our website directly.
- • 40%* royalty on sale price of prints.
This can mean a maximum of £3,360 for 200 prints (and we limit it to 200 of each design).
*minus paypal fees.
Payments are sent via paypal to the artist every quartile. If for example, a print is sold on January 1st, payment will be sent for that print and any subsequent prints sold on March 31st. It is the responsibility of the artist for determining, reporting and paying all, if any applicable taxes.
Due to a three week probabtion period once artwork is added to the store - to ensure that the artwork is your own and doesn't conflict with any copyrights - any sold in those first three weeks are added to following quartile should there be an crossover. If for any reason artists are in violation of any copyrights (such as artwork ownership) and the piece of work removed from sale all royalties up to that point will not be paid. Royalties will subsequently be offered to the true owner.
Reasons for Rejection:
