Q. How much is delivery?
A.
- • UK - Recorded - Free Delivery to UK mainland on all orders. (3-5 days)
- • EU - £6 (10-14 days)*
- • USA / Rest of the World - £8 (10-14 days)*
*Invariably it is quicker than these estimated times. Based on working days.
Q. How is my order packaged?
A. A4/A5 prints are sent out in a board backed envelope. A1/A2/A3 prints are sent out in the equivalent sized postal tube. If two prints are ordered of differing sizes, the smaller of the prints will be packed with the larger.
Q. How long after ordering is my order dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch the order within 2 working days from the time of ordering.
Returns
Unknown Prints will reimburse customers the return shipping cost where items have arrived in a damaged condition or are confirmed by Unknown Prints to be defective. Return items should be sent 2nd class with proof of postage to:

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent with proof of postage.
International Shipping
Delivery costs for international orders do not include duty and customs charges, so you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes at the time of delivery. UnknownPrints is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. In the event that your wish to return an item, Unknown Prints is unable to refund import duty and/or local sales taxes.
